Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and free of any signs of wear or damage. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Customer-Initiated Returns
If you choose to return a product for reasons other than damage, defect, or an error on our part, you are responsible for covering a flat $9.99 shipping fee. This includes returns due to preference, size, or other non-quality-related reasons.
